Alexis First Steps

Alexis has been taking steps every now and then,

and recently she has been really close to toddling

it is cute to watch her.

On Tuesday the 20th I heard the kids awake in there bedroom so I got up, went to get Alexis and to change her bum after that put her in her highchair, then went to fix her breakfast. After I got that all made sat down and started to feed her. I gave her a bite and soon after that she started to choke and her lips were turning blue. So I called for Jon while I was getting her out of her highchair and running to the sink. I turned her upside down and started the hemlock maneuver, Jon graped her and said to call 911 I did and they were out there in 5 minutes or less (it was fast). When they got there she stopped chocking and could not find anything wrong they checked her vitals and everything else and she was normal. So they told if it happens again to call. So they left and so I put Alexis back in her Highchair and as soon as I did that she started to choke again. this time it was worse because her face was blue. I called Jon again he ran outside to get the cops that were still here and told them that she is choking again. While Jon was outside with them I was in the kitchen doing the hemlock maneuver on Alexis then finally I saw something red in her mouth and I pulled it out and she could breathe again. So the Ambulance came back and I told them that I got this foreign object out of her mouth and she is breathing normal again. I did take her to the doctor that day and he said she is fine. She is back to her normal self and I vacuum every day now.

Gardner Village

After we made cookies we all went to Gardner Village to see the witches all around the place. At first Halie did not want to be around them, then when they did not move she was okay. They had some good spots to take photos, so we took a few of each of the kids and of us adults.

Making Halloween Cookies

Halie and I went over to my friend Beck'y house to make Halloween Cookies. Halie made one then ate a bite then she was done. Becky made I think 5 dozen cookies and she didn't want to waste them so it was up to Becky her friend Kelly and I to frost them. It was alot of fun.

SO I went in to get Alexis from her nap and

look what she learned to do. She is not quit

8 months yet. She is growing up so fast.

Beach

While there in California we went to

the beach close to Sea world. It was

Halie third time and Alexis's first time

and also Alexis loved to play in the sand

as you can tell from the pictures.

More Seaworld

Halie was trying really hard to bounce but as

you can see she had a hard time but, never

stopped trying. There is a new place in Sea World

that is called Seaseme Street something I can't

remember. I was also fustrated with the ride

attendents. We measured Halie before leaving

home to see if she was 42 inches high fo course

she is but the ruler they used was WAY off. So

she couldn't ride any of the rides there so, I am

glad they had some kiddie ride she can go on.

All of her other cousins got to go the the big rides

and she had to stay with her sister and watch

from the side lines. She was not very happy

about it at first but got better as the day went on.

Sea World

My parents, my sister, and her 3 kids and Jon

and I and the girls, went to Seaworld and had a blast.

Wheeler Farm

We went to Wheeler Farm to look around and,

to see the animals and to go on a tractor pulling

a hay-wagon thing. Halie really enjoyed herself.

So I was up late with Alexis and she was SOOOO

tired but fought going to sleep so I played with her

and her laugh was so cute I couldn't resist sharing it.

Cuddle Time

In the morning when I am still trying to wake

up Halie and I like to cuddle on the couch and

watch TV for alittle bit. When Jon woke up to

thought that it would be a cute picture with all

of his girls cuddling on the couch. Were so Cute!

Alexis's new toy

Alexis has become very interested in toys lately

So I got her this play mat and as you and see she

loves it. She has also started to roll over from her

back to her belly. She gets mad when she can't roll

back over.

Alexis turns 4 months and goes to the hospital

Well sorry it has been awhile been busy trying to keep up with house work and taking care of two kids but anyways. Alexis is now four months on the 13. She now weighs 13 pounds and is 23 1/2 inches long. She still has all of her pretty hair. She is starting to smile and coo and giggle alittle. It is the cutest thing when she does giggle.

Well yesterday was a very hectic day. I spent it in the hospital with Alexis. At 1o pm friday night it satred out normal. changed and fed her and put her to bed. Well at 11 pm she woke up alittle fussy so I put the binki back in her mouth and she went back to sleep. Well so I got ready for bed and she woke up again so I put the binki back in her mouth and she wanted nothing to do with it so I got her out of bed and held her and rocked her and she just kept on crying. She went on crying for about 30 min then slept for 5 min then woke up again and she cried and then slept and that happened all night so about 8:30 and the morning I could not take it any more and I went to the Hospital. They poke at her and drew blood, CT scan of her head, chest x-ray, eye scan to check to see if she had any scratches on her eyes,  urine sample and believe it or not they all  came back fine. The doctors were baffled and didn't know what was wrong with her. Buy this point Alexis still has not eaten anything so I tried to feed her but she did not want it. So they told me that they want me to transfer to Primary Childrens  for some more test. They did all the same test including a belly x-ray and a ultra sound and they all came back normal. They stuck and IV in her to give her fluids and to give her pain medication but the still could not fine what was wrong with her. I asked the doctor if I can try to feed her they said sure so they gave me some formula and she drunk the whole bottle. I told them that she ate and that I want to take her home and see how she does at home. She is now fine and back to her happy self. Still don't know why she cried all night and all day. I was in the hospital from 9 in the moring till 10 at night. So I am happy to say that she is home safe and sound.

Halie is 4!

It seems like yesterday I had Halie. I cannot believe she is four years old. She is such a sweetie! When ever I go any where and leave her behind she gets so excited when I return. She is such a big help to me with her new sister she get the diapers and wet wipes for me and, also likes to help me burp Alexis. She also lets me know when Alexis is crying (usally when I am holding Alexis).

From Hogle Zoo we went to Carl's Jr to have food and then to open some presents then to have some homemade cupcakes. It was a really fun day for Halie.

It was cold and it rained alittle bit but it was alot of fun.
